Gifts by Handmade Artists

Whenever I want to buy someone a gift, I look for something that will make the person receiving it feel special. I look for a gift that says: I chose this specific gift just for YOU, because I think you will love it. Mass production gifts found at the local mall often lack that personal touch, so I find a great solution in handmade gifts. There are many handmade artists creating affordable, beautiful and above all – unique gifts. These artists and designers bring a fresh point of view and new ideas for more special and personal gifts.

The upcoming sales of Black Friday & Cyber Monday, present a great opportunity to find such gifts for your loved ones, while supporting this vast handmade community.  I collected a few gift ideas by handmade artists whose works I love:

Ceramic ‘Rubber’ Ducks by Piripiribynoga. I met Noga over year ago at a crafts fair and immediately fell in love with her ceramics works.

Porcupine Necklace by meytalbarnoy
